Brooke about 6 weeks old
Well its been 7 weeks since Brooke was born. After weeks of early labor with fairly regular but painless contractions, all the sudden they became regular and painful, one friday night. It was about 10 pm when they woke me up from sleep. Right away 3-5 mins apart, like a pain I really cant describe. We left for the hospital about 1130. I was admitted right away, no stop in triage, thank god. I was checked and was 5 cm! I got my epidural right away too. I was 10 cm about 330 and started to really push about 4 am. Brooke Rozlyn was born at 4:33am 2/9/13 at 7 lbs even and 19 inches long.
its funny how similar the pregnancies ended....with both girls by 37 weeks i was 3 cm and 90% and I went on to carry both over 39 weeks. Labor got intense by 10 pm and i was admitted to the hospital at midnight both times.
i would write more but Brooke is keeping me pretty busy. I have been cleared medically for a surrogacy and am looking forward to that down the road :)
